Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service received by your local Barnardo’s SENDIASS, in the first instance please contact the Team Manager of your local SENDIASS. If you would prefer to speak to someone at senior management level you can ask to do this.

 

If your complaint relates to a decision made by your child’s school or by your local authority, you should complain directly to them. If you feel you need some advice about making a complaint, get in touch with your local SENDIASS for individualised support. For more information Find your local IAS service
